Shipping costs range from SAR 20 to 38 for shipments weighing between 1 and 15 kilograms. For each additional kilogram, the shipping cost increases by 2.
The shipping companies will contact customers to arrange delivery of their orders.
2. Shipping to the Gulf Countries and Worldwide
We provide fast, reliable, and high-quality shipping services to the Gulf countries and the rest of the world through DHL.
Shipping fees to the Gulf countries and other international destinations are determined by the shipping company based on the destination country.
Please note that Luxury Palms Store is not responsible for customs duties or delivery fees imposed in the destination country.

Return Policy

For returns based on either of the above conditions, the product must be returned in its original condition within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected to verify that it meets the conditions stated above, the customer may request a refund for the product or exchange it for another product. Return shipping fees may vary depending on the customer’s country.
If any part of the returned product is missing due to use or consumption, the value of the missing portion will be deducted from the refund amount.
